Booking & Class Policy

Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Rescheduling
Students may reschedule their class with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Missed Classes
If a student misses a class, one free reschedule will be allowed. If the rescheduled class is missed, the booking will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Late Arrivals
Students are given a 15-minute grace period. If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, they may need to be rescheduled.

No-Show Policy
Students who do not attend class and do not provide notice are not eligible for a refund.

If We Need to Reschedule
If OnBeat CPR needs to cancel or reschedule a class, students will have the option to receive either a full refund or transfer to a future class at no additional charge.

Class Details
After booking, students will receive an email with the class location, start time and any additional details.
